Schedule - 5 days a week, approximately 20 hours per week

Reports To:  Head Teller

Join our Community Banking Team

We are seeking an experienced, customer-focused Part Time Teller to join our team.  The ideal candidate will have prior teller experience, strong cash-handling skills, and a genuine passion for providing personalized service.  This role offers the opportunity to build lasting customer relationship while contributing to the success of a locally focused financial institution.

Duties:

Provide exceptional, personalized service to customers and community members.

Accurrately process a variety of customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawls, transfers, loan payments, and check cashing.

Balance cash drawer daily and maintain compliance with bank procedures.

Assist customers with account inquiries and routine service requests.

Identify customer needs and  make referrals for appropriate bank products and services.

Adhere to all bank policies, procedures, security protocols, and regulatory requirements.

Support branch operations, including opening, closing and any other operational duties as assigned.

Contribute to a positive team environment and support branch goals.

Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent.

Minimium of 1-2 years of teller experience in a bank or credit union environment.

Strong cash-handling, balancing, and trnasaction processing skills.

Excellent customer service and communication abilities.

Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Basic computer and data-entry proficiency.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
